Why use Crop PDF?
Scanned books carry black borders, exported slides carry unnecessary whitespace, and documents built for US Letter waste space when read on a phone. Limitations

- Cropping hides content outside the new boundary rather than deleting it from the file — it is not a redaction tool.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before they can be cropped.
- Pages of different sizes may not all suit a single crop rectangle.
- A crop area cannot be reduced to nothing; a usable minimum page size is enforced.
