Why use Fill PDF Forms?
The alternative is printing the form, writing on it, scanning it back in and emailing a crooked grey photograph of it. Filling the fields directly keeps the text legible and the file small. Application forms and tax paperwork are exactly the documents you least want passing through someone else's server, and here they do not.

Limitations
Worth knowing before you start:
- The form needs real PDF form fields. A scanned or flat form has nothing to fill — use Edit PDF to add text on top instead.
- XFA forms, used by some government and banking PDFs, are not supported.
- Digital signature fields cannot be signed here.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before their fields can be filled.
